The Government has announced that it will not publish any school or college level educational performance data based on tests, assessments or exams for 2020, due to Coronavirus (COVID-19).
As part of steps taken to fight the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), the Government announced that all exams that were due to take place in schools and colleges in England in summer 2020 would be cancelled and that it will not publish any school or college level educational performance data based on tests, assessments or exams for 2020. YR 8 reading list has been emailed to YR 8 parents today. Remember 'Reading gives us someplace to go when we have to stay where we are'. With the current weather & the lockdown why not take sometime time to escape from it all in the pages of a book. @BarlbyEng@Barlby_Highpic.twitter.com/zXaC…
Just had a fabulous lesson with Year 8 students where they presented their own research on weapons of the First World War. Some shared slide shows with the class while others composed poetry. I couldn't get them off the meeting when our time was up! Fabulous. @Barlby_High
